Welcome to SAIJA PAY. By using our AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) and DMT (Domestic Money Transfer) services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Eligibility

To use SAIJA PAY services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, Aadhaar details, and passwords.
• All transactions made through your account are your responsibility.
• You must notify SAIJA PAY immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Transaction Rules

• All AEPS and DMT transactions must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Transactions are processed based on the information provided by you; SAIJA PAY is not liable for errors due to incorrect details.
• We reserve the right to decline or reverse any transaction that violates these terms or legal requirements.

4. Fees & Charges

Certain transactions may incur service fees as applicable. By using SAIJA PAY, you agree to pay all applicable charges. Fees may be updated from time to time, and changes will be notified via the app or website.

5. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal and financial information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in the policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

SAIJA PAY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure secure transactions, we are not responsible for losses due to technical failures or unauthorized access.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws. You may also terminate your account by contacting our support team.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of SAIJA PAY services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
